yeh that's the problem with these 4k masters
this is certain to get a UHD at some point

sold my UK SB and got US version last year, so will be selling that now

not really liking the artwork or Arrow's design/packaging either
and 1 disc seems a bit unfair for this, although not sure what else they could do/add

SB would be nice with some better art

One of my favourite films, looking forward to this one immensely!
I'm sure it's been answered before- but do Arrow charge your card straight away for pre-orders?? Not used them for pre-orders before, just wondering as nothing in the account till payday, but wanna get an order in...

From Arrow's site FAQ

Quote:
Q. When will payment be taken?
A. If you have paid via World Pay, payment will be taken as soon as stock is available;
- If your order contains any items that are in stock, full payment will be taken at point of order.
- If your order is just for Pre-order items, payment will be taken as soon as the first item is ready to ship out.

(NB, your bank may 'reserve' that amount but will not charge until stock is available. You will be able to cancel any order awaiting payment via your Order History page. We aim wherever possible to have all pre-order items in our warehouse ready to ship out 7 days before release date).

If you are paying via PayPal, payment will be taken as soon as the order is made.

When I last pre-ordered something from their store the money went out of my account straight away and into “pending” until dispatch which is when they take it.

"New 2018 4K restoration" sounds great, as well as including the mono track, might be the perfect 1080p release (until the UHD comes out).

Remind me what was wrong with the 5.1 track? Was it just the pitch or did it have added/modified sound effects?

There was a pitch issue that's persisted since DVD
