Isn't the complete still the same version as the ultimate without the briefcase of goodies?

Not sure yet, thought I would get the ultimate but now thinking it's a bit pricey for some extras I really don't care about.

There is a 4 disc set and a 5 disc set. The 5 disc set is the only one with the 5th disc that has the workprint.

I'm getting the 5 disc set.

Complete. I don't use the sleeves that some Blu-rays come in, let alone a briefcase.

Here's the official site for the release. It looks like the 5 disc Complete Collectors Edition no longer exists. The Ultimate will come with one more version of the film (Workprint version) and all the doodads. I guess I don't care that much about the workprint version, as long as I have the theatrical and the "Final Cut", but it would be nice to be able to buy the all of the versions of the film without having to buy a bunch of crap in a case that will either be stored in a closet or thrown away.

Wonder when Amazon will update with the new info . . .

I'll stick with the one disc version. It's like the Southpark episode where one of the kids says he has the ultra extended version of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy with 112 hours of extended scenes. I don't get it. How many versions of the same movie do you need? Commentaries and behind the scenes just don't get this viewer off.
