Default Socrates (2019)

Quote:
A Brazilian social-realist drama from Independent Spirit “Someone to Watch” award-winning director Alexandre Moratto. Christian Malheiros, Tales Ordakji, and Caio Martinez Pacheco star in SOCRATES.

As he faces isolation because of his sexuality, his search for a decent, worthy life reaches a breaking point. It is the first feature produced by the Querô Institute in Brazil where it was co-written, produced, and acted by at-risk teenagers from local low-income communities, with the support of UNICEF.

DVD/VOD Release begins: August 20, 2019

Cast: Christian Malheiros, Tales Ordakji, Caio Martinez Pacheco, Rosane Paulo, Jayme Rodrigues

Don't mind me. I'm just here for the Bill & Ted references. Carry on.
