Factory Entertainment's golden gun replica is being reissued. Originally available about 10 years ago in a standard edition for $449 and an edition with a plaque signed by Roger Moore and Christopher Lee for $200 more, the new edition is available at a $100 discount on the price of $799 until the end of December (items are expected to ship in about a year).

Despite the higher price I think the new display case is a disappoinment compared with the older edition. Don't know if there will be any improvement to the materials, the old one was very well made but the durability of the gold plating was variable on some examples

That's a nice piece. I collect de-activated real-world firearms, and as part of my small collection, i have a Desert Eagle, plus a 1968 Walther PPK, fully boxed. I don't know how to upload photo's to the forum from my desktop.
