Its not censorship, it was changed from Spank Me to Pound Me. If it was censorship then it would have been removed entirely or altered from Spank Me to Like Me or some other less harsher word then spank or pound.

They removed the bit where Patricia tells Scott that they will be staying at Niels parents’ house and handing him the number in the iTunes copy and MA app for the HD copies. On Disney+, it is also removed.

Google Play and YT might still be the old uncut HD version. It's believed some version on international Prime Video services haven't been updated to the cut 4k remaster.

I purchased the SC trilogy on Blu-ray with Digital Code, I redeemed via MA but it won’t play as 4K on my Apple account even though I know they offer the 4K and Apple TV app won’t show the “BUY” button, only the “PLAY” button.

it wont play 4K if redeemed through MA, you would have had to choose itunes to get 4K. Your copy will playback in HD

Has anybody been able to get Apple to let them buy previously purchased or previously redeemed content in cases like this? And if so, how?
