This movie wasn't that bad. But 1 thing I hated was the ending.

Exactly! I enjoyed most of the movie, but the ending wasn't very good. BAM! it's over LOL! I hate movies like that. But, it was a decent thrill ride. And I would recommend it to people. Video quality was very agreeable, like most 1080P movies. Can't really comment on audio quality. My receiver is a good 6 - 8 yrs old :S It tries though. I do get complaints about the bass though

Love those Rockford Fosgates.

Rented this at Redbox yesterday. I thought the movie was decent and liked the ending. Had some good twists. I never heard of this movie until I saw Joel Schumacher promoting this at The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson last week. Worth the rental. 3/5

Wow, I looked at at the release calendar 4 times thinking this was a mistake. I was like: didn't this movie just came out to theaters.

I think Nicole is wonderful, but she's not had a lot of luck picking out projects or husbands for some time. And it certainly looks more like Charlize Theron on the cover of the blu. Cage looks a bit like Harrison Ford too. Weird.

I'd really like to see Birthday Girl get a US release or region free release somewhere else. That was a small movie that she did that actually was pretty damned good, but never managed to break through, much like ever her more mainstream fare over the last decade. She's had a lot of misses and was supposed to be in Panic Room, but I think got hurt causing them to get Jodie Foster, who was great.

Unfortunately. I would say the first 5-10 minutes the film looks like it had gotten a bad wrap and would turn into one of those surprise gems. But then the actors actually start talking and it all goes downhill. Never in my life have I had to actually turn off a movie, not caring about the ending, that had Nicole Kidman in it...

Depends on who you are!

I enjoyed it. Not one of the best movies I've seen by far, but it kept me entertained throughout. A lot of movies put me to sleep. This one didn't...

Nicolas Cage is one of my favorites though

Bought this months ago and have watched it quite a few times since. I actually liked this movie. Alot better than other recent Cage flicks such as Next, Wicker Man, and Season of the Witch.

No special features. All 3 on 1 disc. Well all 3 on 1 Blu-ray and all 3 on 1 DVD. I've watched all 3 and they looked fine to me.
