Timecop is a WB title in the US and Universal in the UK so chances are slim..

It's a port of the StudioCanal disc from Europe, which is DTS-HD only (as per their usual standard).

kinda tempted. the premise of this movie has always been so kitschy and dissociated to me, but van damme in 4k is always welcome.

This was one of my favourites when I was a youngster along with Bloodsport. I remember how excited I was to see this and it did not disappoint.
