Hello fellow gamers! Today marks the announcement of the FIRST monthly Gamma's gamer challenge! This months challenge will begin on March 13th and will end on April 13th!

Whats this months challenge?

Platinum Resident Evil 5 or Platinum Killzone 2.

There are two different challenges going and both of them will be difficult.

Who will go for what? And you can only go for one.

Resident Evil 5 contestants:

Gamma626- Complete
PH3AR
Beefbowl- Complete
AppleCrumbDlite
Sega_Smasher-Complete
Shin-Ra- Cpmplete

Killzone 2 contestants:

Shin-Ra- Complete
Marine Mike
Caliblue15- Complete

So what happens when you win? Well yo gain the badge of honor for March 2009! You'll be put in my list of "Master Gamers" or the Blu-ray.com PS3 section hall of fame. Will you accept?

i'd go but I wont be getting RE5 until after I finish the 5 games sitting on my shelf. Awesome idea though.

ouch..that's going to be tough! I'm going to have to beat the game few times on amateur before i try to play it on professional.

Some of those trophies are kind of tricky. Some of them I don't have a clue.

it's (along with ALL other trophies) are listed in the stickied trophy thread.

I can't get pass the very first level on veteran!!!! argghhh!!!!

I gave up trying to play on veteran and went back to normal so I can get more pts so I can unlock the unlimited ammo and collect the rest of the treasures and the BSAA emblem.

I figured I can beat this game 3 times and get the platinum like uncharted but now i'm starting to realize that i'm going to have to play this game a lot more than that. I'm begining to think it's going to take more than a month to get my platinum trophy. I'm already at 30+ hrs on this game, and i'm still at 35% on trophies.
