Not only does M. Night Shyamalan have two new original thrillers on the way, but he’s also got a TV series titled “Servant” that’s headed to the upcoming Apple TV+ service.

Servant” follows a Philadelphia couple in mourning after an unspeakable tragedy creates a rift in their marriage and opens the door for a mysterious force to enter their home.

Lauren Ambrose, Toby Kebbell and Nell Tiger Free star.

It was announced at the New York Comic Con that “Servant” will premiere on AppleTV+ November 28, 2019.

Has anyone checked this out yet? I'll be starting it tonight despite it's mixed reviews. Glass got mixed reviews too and I loved that.

I was able to watch the first 2 episodes tonight and I really enjoyed them. The series feels very much like an M. Night story to me which is a good thing in my opinion. I'm very much looking forward to seeing how it all pans out.

Im thinking of checking this out at some point, the concept is pretty interesting but I dont want to pick up a new show when I havent finished the one im currently on

I really like it so far. Solid acting and story that I am not exactly sure where it is going so I am intrigued. 2nd best show on Apple so far at least for me after The Morning Show.

I am really enjoying this series.

My only concern is the fear that this may take a Shyamalan twist and go off the rails.

So far, it has a strong Rosemary’s Baby vibe.

It seems very similar in tone and style to The Sixth Sense. I really like how it could almost be considered a bottle episode but as a whole show.

I have been watching this show and am all caught up. This show, to me, for me, is amazing, absolutely amazing.

I just can’t wait until Friday nights get here to see the next episode. I like it that way as I’m not a binger per say. I prefer week to week as it gives me time to digest the episode and keeps me anxious with anticipation.

I love that the directors/cinematographer and lighting specialists utilize lighting to really set the mood in many of these scenes. I like that it’s a slow build up, slow burn misleading type of show. I’m sure some of what appears to be very minor things will turn out to be very important to the story and plot by the time S1 comes to an end.

I’m constantly kept off center watching this and I like that feeling from a thriller such as this. Very well done show for me.

I missed a few weeks and had to binge to catch up.
The show has lost a little bit of steam in the last few episodes. It also bothers me that the series teased some horrible nefarious action by sinister characters which turned out to be something else altogether. Hopefully, the series finale can get things moving again.

wow, i've nothing but enjoyed every bit of every episode of this show. we still don't have any real idea how the "what" is happening. we are learning more about everyone in the show with every episode.

everybody i personally know that watches this show loves it. i know it's not for everyone. i accept it as it is and as it's given and it's been quite entertaining and enjoyable.

i'm waiting on Fridays episode.

A bottle episode is an episode of a show where the goal is to spend as little money as possible. So they have very few actors, in very few locations (often just one) and avoid CGI and other effects. I tend to like those episodes because they rely on very little to get by and the actors have time to shine.

watched and loved the season finale; what a rollercoaster ride it was for the faithful viewers/fans of the show. I don't think they could have given us a better cliffhanger for S1.

there are still so many old questions not answered and now with the events of Ep 10, there are even more things to think about and that's not necessarily a bad thing. many things must be left to the imagination just as in life, sometimes we know things happened but will never ever know why.

I am going to rewatch the entire season again to now not just be entertained, but to mine each episode for clues and things I simply missed the first go round.

I know there is a S2, but not sure when it will get released. i'm hoping for a November 2020 release as that's when we got the first season of everything on AppleTV+

I enjoyed the season finale. We finally know to what the show’s title refers.
There are several different directions in which the show can go now.
I look forward to season 2.
