amazon false 1-day shipping? - Blu-ray Forum

is there anything I can do if amazon promised one-day shipping and it did not come that day?...it was estimated to arrive today and no luck

track it, I have never had an issue, Amazon relies on their shipping companies and sometimes they fail, just let them know and they will refund you, I am sure

well...they sent me a bad blu-ray disc...so they sent out another one via one-day shipping. It was suppose to come today and now I have to wait the whole damn weekend..when I could just go to a store and pick one up. I was suppose to have a workable product last tuesday...very frustrating

i had that same problem. i paid for 2 day shipping and my item arrived in 6 days. i called them on the 2nd day and complained and recived my $$ back for the shipping

bd-p2500...I can't get money back for shipping because it was free to begin with(prime)...I got a response recently with an apology saying that there was some delay with the roads in indiana. I wouldnt be so anxious, but I am really curious to see if it will work on my player the second time around. Last thing I want to do is return two blu-rays.

did you check the firmware? I remember some issue with that title I believe, cant remember

thanks for looking into it...I have as well. I have the new firmware...there was a problem with this disc on the 1500, but no reports with the 2500. I talked with a guy who has used 3:10 on this player and he said it worked fine.
