Yeah, JW3 was “do-able” at $15 (still a tad high), but I think I’ll pass if this is $20!

JW3 mini was $20 before bundling, but dropped to $5 with the full Steel. GameStop’s JW1&2 mini was $15 for two movies. $20 for one digital code is ridiculous.

I hope they continue mini steelbooks time to time, but $20 a pop isn’t going to help numbers if they are considering looking at sales in regards to keep producing these or not. It will be interesting to see how many of these they will sell.

If I were a rich fella I would go ahead and buy it....but I’m not ha.

Just like every other SteelBook you're not interested, then don't buy it. If Mini SteelBooks start being the way of digital media, let those collectors enjoy it. Doesn't mean you are forced to buy it. And SteelBooks will never go all digital only mini. So regular G2 Steels will keep being made, and you can buy those to your hearts' content.

A physical case for a digital medium. A bit counter productive, no?

We have also just paid a non-refundable deposit on a movie before just to get a steelbook/VMB

I think it's crazyness that a tiny steelbook is being made to sell something the size of a credit card.

I understand that the physical steelbook will cost X amount to make and design. But 20/25 dollars is too much.

I don't even wanna pay that for a digital only movie. I'm not gonna run out of my house arms flailing in the air going full on Smithers over a tiny steelbook
