as for your post prior to that, i have to admit that i didn't read it, because it's prolly about something regarding the PSP and something else, and i'm spent on going on about it. i do apologize for that, considering it was directed to me.

if you are not willing to admit to yourself that the PSP is far behind in technology... then it's prolly better we don't converse in the matter.
also, if you can't admit that the iphone is a much better and useful gadget than the PSP altogether... yikes....

however, wether or not you feel that the iphone is a better gaming gadget than the PSP is subjective depending on hte games you like, but the fact of the matter is like someone else said, Sony does indeed have to keep an eye on apple and try and catch up when necessary.

also, i'm pretty sure the next PSP, if there is one, will be touch screen. i'm almost certain of that, and it will sell in greater margin than the currently available PSP, games or not.

Thats okay very little was about the psp actually 96% of it was about my computer in general actually, since I felt I left you hanging and was disrupted to offering you a reply...

I explained why I didn't buy the sound card which really you didn't give the benefit of the doubt on, on why I didn't bother.

Ill you tell you something that I know to be truth the Iphone is much better phone then my phone.. I have a cheap Sony Ericson phone, its a walkman phone thingy...

Totally blows my phone out of the water in tech and everything else.

Now my friend shani really loves touch screens alot he preaches about it regularlly and we usually get into useless discrussions.. about the technologies..

Since Ive never actually played with a Iphone ill give it the benefit of the doubt and assume all of what you say is true.. understand previously I thought you were talking about a Nintendo DS which ive personally felt to be a childs toy... personally..

Of course if you asked Carl he would say games were meant for children, and that we all stop acting liking children.

While what you say about a what if, I would deny that it would probably sell better but I would not be one of them.

also, grabbing someone's iphone and messing with it doesn't do the iphone justice, let alone never messing w/ one.... actually, i want to get something straight, i'm not an iphone fanboy, in fact i don't even own one.... that aside, i just want to say the iphone does have REALLY REALLY good games(for their price and both the effort that goes into them and obtaining them) , and they may be dinky, but playing some puzzle games and specially tower defense games i can be hooked for long time. which is what a game is supposed to do, have fun and have u wanting to keep on playing it.

owning an iphone and putting it to good use with its outrageously useful apps, being able to make a phone call and receive text messages, dropping your already established itunes music and video library in it w/out a hitch, being able to surf the web, it's GPS and mapping units alone blow the measely equivalents or non-existant features that a PSP has completely out of the water. as far as the games go, its absolutely subjective and all, but the few iphone games i've played are pretty damn cool.

alas, if you say you have never had teh time to grab an iphone, sit down and install an app and use it, you have absolutely no business commenting absolutely ANYTHING in this thread. this thread is about the iphone's superiority over the PSP or any given variant, but iphone and PSP are the keywords. don't speak with authority in an apple vs orange debate if you have never even smelled an orange because you don't like its color.

You do realize I was never arguing about the Iphone, I thought you were talking about another device in total, about how the Nintendo DS was surperiour to the psp hardware wise...

And with my interactions with the DS I was wondering what you were getting at.

When I discovered this was your intent I can't argue nor do I have the right as I have not interacted with the Iphone at this time..

As work for IT, actually our very small department specially uses crackberries or dingle berries based on your word preference I got crack berry stuck in my suprvisors mind, my other arguments were general coments about cellphones and providers in general, and never intented to be critism to the Iphone Im sorry if I conveyed that.

I certaintly hope apple the greatest lucks in its endevors.
