Nice, very good performance from Jackie and Sammo, quite touching and sad
I remember HKL's disc was called Heart of the Dragon or similar

I'm very happy with my German Blu-ray by Splendid, but I'll definitely be buying this release and support 88 Films. They announced quite a bit of other HK titles as well today!

Heart of the Dragon was the UK title for this film.

I hope they can get the Japanese Cut of the film on the disc too, as that has 2 additional fight scenes cut from the original HK and International version of the movie.

I have both the Japanese Shochiku DVD and Blu-ray. I hope they include the bts footage and outtakes that were featured on their DVD.

The poster from HK has a good selection of pictures. I can easily imagine a good Kung Fu Bob version from it.

I've never seen this one, how does it stack up against other Jackie films of the era?

88 making me go broke over here. Love all the Jackie announcements and very happy about Heroes Shed No Tears. One I've always wanted to see.

The HK version is ok if you watch it with the mind set of it being a drama with some action and awesome martial arts at the end. Now the Japanese/international version is awesome as it has two great extra fight scenes! Different cuts for different markets (again) but hope they use the Japanese cut as Chen Lung tells me it’s been remastered! Hope this is the main version and it includes the behind the scenes stuff and outtakes. Would be nice to include Jackie’s live performance of the theme song in Japanese. Please lol 🤞

I`m guessing but it would make sense if the HK version would be the main feature and the Japanese version would be the bonus/extra. It only makes sense since all the other releases so far have been the HK cut as the main feature (if I'm not mistaken).

The HK upscaled Blu-ray had Jackie & Sammo interviews, and a music video, I hope at least these can be added to this release.
