I might not watch them right away, but I do open them. Mainly to make sure there's no damage to the disc itself, all discs are in the case, and I save the receipt in each purchase.

I open Blu ray's and CD's when I get them and watch them before the the 15 or 30 day limit I have to return them. I don't want a bad disk that can not be played especially because I don't make a whole lot per year.

FOR me. I watch it the second I can either when it's a double dip form a DVD or a brand new title. I can't STAND NOT TO watch it as sson as I can. i'd say 1-10 will be held off till the next day. BUT thats a rare issue with me. Movie's are my life. I'd die without them. And being Blu is here, it's even worse for me. Even if I already own it on DVD, (which I'm trying to get rid of-more space and more money for blu

) I'll watch it to see the clairity of it on blu, rather to its counter part the DVD. My wife knows this about me too. "I guess you'll be watching that tonite won't you?" "DUH what do you think!" Of course she's getting into blu just about as bad as I am. And my kids are like "we get that on bu-ray daddy!?!?" ( I spelled it the way they say it?) Does my heart good to know they have good taiste then again they here me say about it al the time.

Uhm, no.
As I have stated before, I buy a BD(at Best Buy) and have it in the drive and spinning within 20 minutes.

I usually watch mine as fast as possible. It's an exciting experience for me. I am very picky about what I buy and don't buy. I don't think I've ever "blind" bought a blu-ray, and I usually will wait until I can get it for under $20.

There are exceptions like when TDK came out. I was all over that. The same will occur if LOTR, Star Wars, or any Halloween movies (obviously by my avatar) get released, but other than those, I mostly rent.
