I guess for people with Apple TV like me they would end up getting the supplements and exclusive IT part 1 commentary with the digital code. Still kind of a weird omission of supplements

CHEAPER?!?!?! You're getting two 4K UHDs for $40 dollars Do you think you could get each separately for Less? Probably, if you ordered JUST the 4K discs off eBay without any packaging. Otherwise, you're going to pay about this price for 2 4K discs with packaging. If not more.

All of the extras are available on digital, except Chapter Two's commentary is on disc and iTunes. The slip has the same soft feel as Chapter Two's, and the disc art is just black.

I didn’t receive my set today so I went off on the person. Waited 30 minutes on the phone just to get feed BS. I should have just drove an hour away to get it instead of ordering. Bestbuy is another place I’m crossing off To not order things from during the holidays.

Some of you guys just have to learn how to be patient! The movie was just released today, so what did you want Best Buy to do. Unless you've chose overnight shipping, you have to wait just like everybody else. You'll probably get in the next couple of days. You're not the only who've ordered this set! It's not a life or death situation, it's just a movie.

Then you were rude and nasty to an innocent employee, and made a fool out of yourself on the phone for no reason because, most likely the person you had spoken to didn't have any control over their shipping department nor the USPS transits and deliveries. Besides, how do you know they wasn't telling you the truth, and what reason do they have to lie? If they were having any difficulties with their orders for whatever reason, they will tell you. What do they have to gain by lying or telling the truth? You should call back and apologize because your behavior was unnecessary, especially over a darn movie. You ought to be a shame of yourself.

I ordered it cause I was told I would get it on release day. Yeah either them or UPS is lying cause UPS says they haven’t picked it up yet then Beat Buy said it’s been shipped already. Yeah they could have resent a replacement or given me a discount. Regardless they toke my money and I want what I paid for. They keep telling me they can’t over ride the system u til tomorrow and that’s bs cause it’s been done before. It has nothing to do with it being a mod I it’s has everything to do with they already have my money and I didn’t get what I paid for when I was supposed to get it.

Easy compadre, IT chapter one’s 4k combo was just $9 at Walmart and Amazon and $10 at Best Buy for a solid week. All supplements, 4k disc, Blu Ray, and if you got it from Walmart, a digital copy. Where do you shop, FYE?

Chill there hoss. You will get it when it comes to you. I know it must suck to get not something you ordered on the day you are supposed to get it, but there are much bigger fish in the sea. And this just sounds a little petty/entitled. No offense. Life is too short to stress on stupid stuff really.

I'm not talking about sale prices. I'm talking about if the 4k was sold by itself with a digital it would be a minimum of $20 on a regular average day. If not more. That is a fact. It doesn't matter whether you can get it at a sale price. I got Spider-Man: Far from Home for $7.99 on 4K, but that's not what it's selling for now. It's back up to it's almost $30 initial price. This is a new release so of course, it's going to cost some upfront. AS IT SHOULD!!!

You do realize this is the holiday and stores are going to be backed up getting things out. Not to mention, just because you bought something that doesn't entitle you to get it the day of unless you paid extra. If you didn't pay extra, then you aren't entitled to anything showing up the day of. Life, man. It will kill it if you let it. So why sweat the small shi--?

What does the holidays have to do with anything? It’s not December 24th or 25th. So it’s not the holidays yet. Maybe everyone on here is ok with them taking ur money and not giving u want u paid for but I’m not. My main issue is I’m getting to different answers from UPS & Best Buy. None of them seem to be on the same page about things. And by the way Best Buy is the one who Guaranteed release date delivery cause if not I would have gladly driven an hour to get it. If the UPS drivers isn’t doing their jobs as in this case then they need to be replaced with people who can meet the delivery date.

Kinda low key annoyed that BB got exclusive right for 4k double feature, the regular Blu-ray double feature is everywhere. It just looks off not having it on shelf, can't apply discount I had elsewhere now, lol. BB getting greedy they already have exclusive steelbook for chapter 2.
