A way to find every user who owns a specific title?

I assumed there was a way to do this with the database, but I can't seem to find it so I thought I would ask here:

Is there a way to find out every user who owns a specific title in the database?

If you click on the "collections" number (between popularity and fans) on a release's page, it will give you a list of the members that have that release in their public collections.
