- Breaking Bad
- The Sopranos
- The Office
- Parks and Recreation
- How I Met Your Mother
- Dexter
- Mad Men
- Doctor Who
- Stranger Things
- Hawaii Five-O (remake)
- Alias
- any Law & Order spin-offs

I was actually kind of curious to check out Doctor Who when it starred Peter Capaldi, even though British sci-fi has never really seemed to click with me for some reason, but I still haven't seen it yet.

For me, the two that stand out are "The Wire" and "Breaking Bad."

To be honest, most TV I watch is repeats of procedurals like "Law and Order" shows and "Criminal Minds" -- over and over and over again. And of course "Doctor Who."

Good or bad, I feel like I saw some of most everything in the 70s because there were only three networks. I barely watched television in the 80s; a little more in the 90s, and a fair bit more over the last 20 years. And even though I saw bits & pieces of these shows, they didn't appeal to me then or now:

Family Ties
The Cosby Show
Alf
Knight Rider
The Golden Girls
The Wonder Years
Friends
How I Met Your Mother
Different Strokes
The Facts of Life
Who's the Boss
Saved by the Bell
Fresh Prince of Bel Air
Baywatch
Roseanne
Perfect Strangers
Murder She Wrote
Home Improvement
Family Matters
Glee
Bones
All but one or two episodes of the CSI & NCIS families
Most everything referred to as "reality"

Yeah, the majority of sitcoms I've never seen. I did see some "Roseann" and "Friends" back in the day. I guess I did see a few eps of HIMYM on late night repeat over the years.

And although I couldn't tell you the plot to a single episode, there were at least a few times that I'm sure I did in fact see an episode of "Baywatch." Flipping around, if I saw Pam running on the beach, I probably wasn't able to go to the next channel. At least not right away.

Doctor Who is another I need to see. I saw some of the classic B&W eps and loved those.

It would be easier for me to list TV shows that I've actually watched. Outside of Walking Dead and Nick @ Nite/ABC Family shows from the 90s and early 2000s, I really have never been a fan of reality TV/sitcoms.

The Office, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Dexter, Doctor Who, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, etc... never seen em.

This would be me. Sitcoms and Reality shows don't interest me and neither do any of the L.A. Law/CSI procedurals. I have a soft spot for all the CW Super hero shows but I recently watched about one half of the new Batwoman premiere before turning it off and haven't watched it since.

Lost - no interest either
The Wire - I actually want to watch this, just haven't gotten around to it
No medical shows (ER, Grey's Anatomy, House)
None of those crime shows (CSI, Law & Order, whatever else...seems like there are hundreds of them)

I haven’t watched any popular tv shows that abc, CBS, Fox, NBC, etc. has been playing the past 25-plus years. I usually just watch whatever my movie channels are playing and sports and the news.

Game Of Thrones. Well saw the first two seasons when they were available on blu-ray on Netflix years ago when I had a disc plan. But that was all they had of it and there was no way I was going to purchase the show or sign up for HBO in order to watch the rest of it.

Oh yeah, also Breaking Bad. I might give it a try some day, but I just don't see a show about a meth dealer being my kind of thing. But then again a show like Designated Survivor isn't my kind of thing either because I have no interest in politics whatsoever. But loved it anyways... lol If it wasn't for seeing that keifer Sutherland played the lead role I probably wouldn't have given it a look. But he is a good actor and his stuff is usually pretty tense so I thought I'd check it out and see what it was like.

I didn't include "Game of Thrones" since I plan on watching the whole thing. I have the Collector's Edition box, and I have watched S1 and some of S2 back in the day on HBOGo. But I just haven't had the time to sit down and really go all-in with the box set, so I haven't seen the point in starting.

But when I do finally get around to it sometime in the new New Year, I guess I won't be around here much for a little while.
