I have a question to anybody that have already order through visions.ca

They have the Money Back Extended Service Plan, so what is it exactly? Is it that if the equipement broke, they replace it free of charge instead of repairing it? Or that it will not cost you anything to repair it, but isn't the job of a warranty?

It says that the options are available once you proceed to the checkout. The main page for warranty info is just a blurb......

I know...that's what I looked at. It's just a blurb and doesn't give you any specifics. Call them at the 1-800 number for clarification. I don't know if moving to the checkout stage will give you enhanced details.
