It's not listed on the Region Codes.

Does anyone know if this boxset has forced french subs? Are there any special features on the discs?

Mertopolitan are one of the more English friendly French distributors. I have The Grudge 2 blu ray and the sub titles are not forced. There are 4 featurettes as extras, from memory identical to those on the Universal UK dvd. Code is printed as B on sleeve/disc

Is The Grudge 2 Metropolitan Blu-ray Region free? The back of the case says Region B.

Just checked, it is Region B locked.
