Taika Waititi's Jojo Rabbit will be released on Blu-ray, and UHD on February 18th. This was my favorite film of 2019. A brilliant, and completely charming satire film, shot in vivid colors, and with strong performances from its ensemble cast. Jojo Rabbit is nominated for 6 Academy Awards, including Best Picture.

Co-signed. When the movie was over, I said "If there's another movie this year that I like this much, it will be a great year for movies." There wasn't, but it was still a pretty good year.

I so wanted to see this in the theater, but I got sick, etc., blah blah blah. In other words, I didn't see it. But I'm really looking forward to seeing at home, at least. It looks absolutely nuts, and like something I'll really appreciate. Can't wait.

AaronJ, in my neck of the woods, regal theaters have brought back Jojo because of academy award nominations, maybe in your area they have done the same!

Comes out tomorrow, but the physical copies (blu, 4K, dvd) are listed "unavailable" on amazon. WTF?

That'd be because of Amazon's longstanding issues with Disney when it comes to physical releases. It's the same deal with next week's Frozen II.

Which, coincidentally, are two movies I want to get from Amazon the moment they are released (screw waiting another month for Jojo Rabbit to come out here).

Kinda irked that Amazon is still not showing Jojo as being in stock. In regards to this Disney spat, historically how long has it taken them to show availability after a release date?

It's in every Target near me, and available for in-store pickup too. Not sure how many copies they got, but it's possible some Targets just sold out or something.

My Best Buy order was delayed and then cancelled. Now I have to check Walmart. Don’t know what the deal is with this release.
