What TV Shows are you watching?

I don't spend time watching live broadcasts of TV shows. But, having a subscription to Amazon Prime, I'm starting to watch TV shows that I never considered before.

Scrolling through Amazon Prime, I started watching Burn Notice. I know, an older series. But, this allows me to sit through and binge watch the entire series. It's interesting but reminds me a lot of TV shows like Leverage, A-Team, Macgyver.

Just started on Burn Notice.

Star watching some of the Amazon original series like Jack Ryan, Carnival Row, Bosch, Red Oaks etc

I binge-watched the first two seasons of Jack Ryan as well as the fourth season of The Expanse. Figure I'll spend another week watching Burn Notice before I move onto something else. Been interested into checking out Bosch.

I don't watch anything currently that is ongoing, streaming or otherwise.

I started Game of Thrones for the first time but just can't get into it so I started The X-Files again for the umpteenth time. Started season four last night.

Burn Notice is a great show. Don't know if it is on Amazon Prime, but I highly recommend The Good Place. It finished its short run last night and it is forking amazing.

Blue Bloods, Young Sheldon, and Last Man Standing are my favorites of what is currently in production. Perfect Strangers is what I watch on DVD these days, I love Bronson Pinchot as Balki on there so much that I may not ever be able to quit watching the show.

Currently working my way through The Sopranos, im on Season 6 and have yet to see all the hype around it (it has been hailed as peak-television by many)

I have so many old shows that I want to watch .. LOST, Person of Interest, Gossip Girl, Smallville lol but I can never decide what to watch and end up watching nothing lol

Right now I am just watching a couple of shows on tv. I have a few older shows on physical media in my pile to watch though: Crusoe, Black Sails, and Seaquest DSV. Thinking about getting the Quantum Leap series but I want to get through some of my backlog first...

I can confirm that Burn Notice is indeed on Amazon Prime / Prime Video. That's where I'm currently watching it. But, it does seem to follow that tired old cliche of episodic television and the "help good guy/gal of the week" format. The whole storyarc about Michael Weston's Burn Notice seems to move too slowly and doesn't take up a lot of screen time in each episode.

The whole bright spot is Gabrielle Anwar. She's a gorgeous actress and she also knows how to kick some arse without all the genuflecting that comes along with it. Such a strong female character that could have been written a little better but she seems to come off as a sidekick to Michael Weston. I've finished the second season but it's not a bad series.
