Injoingan will be releasing the Gong Hyo-jin starring thriller Door Lock on bluray next month. I quite enjoyed this film! Some really good nail-biting, edge-of-the-seats scenes.

Very happy to see this get a release! For my money's worth, the best Korean thriller (or horror) of 2018.

I will always have a soft-spot in my heart for thisgenius. I admittedly had not heard anything about this but seeing a few of you guys praise this has me wanting to blind-buy. I have a few Asian releases I need to get so this will likely make it into the mix.

Just found out that my wife had it hidden and I’ve been wondering if it ever arrived. She thinks it’s fun to have me search the house for my imports.
Cruel and unusual punishment!

Plan on watching this over the weekend.

I liked this one better than The Witness. While I really enjoyed the film as a whole, I wasn’t too keen on the killer in that one. Came across as a bit of a klutz.

Yeah, and zero background. I wish they wouldn’t make those movies where the killer is just a killer and kills because he can. It can work, but not all the time.

I’ll give this one a go then.
