I bought a brand new shrink wrapped version of this disc, but when I opened the case it had two hubs for a disc, but nothing indicates that it came with a DVD copy or something similar.

Has this happened to anybody else?

That $1 DT copy tho. Still haven't opened mine.

But yes, it's happened before. It's rare but I've gotten cases with 1 disc containing 2 disc hubs.

Is it just a manufacturing error? This is only the second time it has happened to me. 5 years back I got a brand new Melancholia Blu-ray but the case had two disc hubs, and the release only comes with the one Blu-ray. No DVD or bonus disc.
