Default PS3 BD Parent Controls

I have parent controls set for gaming and dvd/bd playback, when I play a game it asks for my password, but when I play a sony BD, like last night I watched RE Degeneration it just says play-back is blocked by parent control but does not ask for my password, so I have to go all the way back to security settings and turn off the parental control, and then after the flick go back and turn it on.

Anyone else come across this, or do I have something set incorreclty.

I think the only way around it is to set up two accounts, one with parental controls for the kids and one without for you.

I haven't seen much info on parent controls, but that's what I've done so far. If there's good documentation on it, someone please point the way.

Probably reading us.playstation.com 's support documentation on the feature might prove useful.
