Mine didn’t ship out by yesterday, which has never happened. So I switched to in store pick up.

This was my free title from the buy 2 get 1... and I know there was some BS with people not getting their Knives Out steel when that was their free title. Hope I don’t have that experience with Jumanji.

Mine hasn't shipped yet either. But the last time that happened they overnighted it, which seemed like a waste of money. Maybe there's a warehouse employee shortage with the virus concerns.

You may be right about the shortage in the warehouse. I'm going to try and call Best Buy tonight and see what they have to say about it. Worst-case worse I'll change it to a pickup if it's not too late. It's just I don't have time to run down there after work on Tuesday just to pick this up.

Mine hasn't shipped yet. That means they will overnight it from a store or the nearest Distribution Center (Fresno) on Monday and I'll receive it on Tuesday. This happens when they have huge demand on Steelbooks(Wonder Woman, Spider-Man Homecoming, GOG 2 etc.).

"Your pre-ordered item is at the xXxX xXxX, c.f. store and will be available for pickup on Release Day Wed, March 18. We'll email you when it's ready for you to pick up".

i had this happen with the 4k up steelbook that came out earlier in the month. still got the email it was ready to pickup on tuesday and picked it up no prob.
