Default What to do?

Well over the weekend I got the ln55a950 from bestbuy which I did look at in the store, ect... Got about 1500 off samsungs list. Got it set up and was waitng for the magic to happen and............. looks like the old ln52a750 I returned about 4 months ago for halo ect.. Yes the blacks are a bit more blacks and I do have 3 more inches. I'm not cheap but can't seem paying almost 2 grand more for better blacks and a bit bigger. What would you guys do in my shoes,I have about 28 days left. I might go down to the ln52a750 but how many times is bestbuy going to let me change out tv's if the ln52a750 comes with clouds???

i have yet to experience the halo effect, but i did notice a little bit of white in the widescreen bars (in the corners) the other night, but that was the first time. I guess it would be personal preference if you wanted to move down, personally i wouldn't because I just love my A950 and the way it freaks out my buddies when they watch it.

Well, I saw one calibrated and it was one of the best tvs I have seen to date, it was next to a pioneer and it was holding itself quite nicely. Have you calibrated it yet? have you made any adjustments to the settings?

There called flashlights and I have them aswell. I'm just running crazy in my mind to see what I'm going to do, I don't want to downgrade and then wish I did not.

No I haven't gotten it calibrated yet, just kinda of tweaked the settings to my personal preferences. I'm sure i'll get it calibrated in awhile.

That's kinda what they looked like, i didn't find that it bothered me just kind of noticed it, my buddies had no idea because they were so immersed in the 3d effect and the incredible detail
