My Sony 4K player's sound keeps going out of sync, help! - Blu-ray Forum

I finally bought a 4K TV and player and have been enjoying awesome 4K streaming from Disney+. I have about 20 4K discs to play, but every time I start watching a film, the video and audio will eventually go out of sync. If I press pause, it will get back in sync. But I don't want to be pausing movies several times just for it to play properly. I didn't upgrade from Blu-ray to 4K to have to deal with this bs. I have updated my player. Anyone else have problems like this? What fixed it?

do you want us to guess what model sony 4K player you have as well as what tv?
