Default Looking for a 4k receiver 2.2 Hdcp

I upgraded my project tor and got a 4k Optoma. I have a 4k Blu-ray player by Sony but I also stream a lot so o got the $100 4k roku premiere I believe it’s called. It won’t work with my onkyo 809 because it doesn’t have the 2.2 hdcp

Any recommendations for a new receiver?

Also any subwoofer recommendations as mine died.

What’s your budget and desired configuration (5.1, 7.1, Atmos)?

Does the 4K player have separate HDMI 1.4 audio out? If it does, use that as a stop-gap. You put the main HDMI output to the projector and the 1.4 to the receiver.

Pioneer, Yamaha, and other companies latest A/V receivers uses HDCP version 2.3. A minimum of version 2.2 is needed for 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray discs, 4K streaming, and 4K Direct TV.
