Troubleshoot a Pioneer VSX-LX303 9.2 - Blu-ray Forum

So my wife bought me this for my 40th Birthday and I hooked it all up but I cannot get it to play Dolby Atmos.

Can anyone give me a hand here because i am completely puzzled.

I'm not familiar with Pioneer, but with my Yamaha's I had to go into the menu and turn on "Object Enable".
Maybe your Pioneer has something similar?
