Default HDMI Through Question

Hello everyone. Can anybody tell me how to keep my Onkyo 805 from going to HDMI through when I turn it on. I had my set up locked, and once in a while, it goes to HDMI through. Thanks for the help.

Try to disable HDMI pass-through.

It should be an option somewhere in the settings. If i get some time later I will look at my onkyo and let you know if you haven't figured it out yet.

I'll play it with it later, hopefully with success. Thanks.

Just to clarify, are you trying to disable audio to the tv or is this for your video upconverting settings?

When this "HDMI Through" is showing, the sound comes from the TV speakers and not from system speakers. This happens once in a while, without doing anything with the settings at all.

I just hope nothing is about to go bad.
