I didn't see a Thread here so I figured I'd start one.
I'm fan of the Martin and Lewis Films and found only one Review here. I was curious if there were any other fans and what they knew about the limited supply of Marin and Lewis Blu-Rays. There's a list of the Seventeen (17) Martin and Lewis Films over 7 Years, here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_and_Lewis Last edited by albabe; 06-01-2020 at 02:34 PM. |

Thanx, you guys!
As far as I can tell, there are only a few Martin & Lewis BRs out in the U.S. I have the Two DVD Box Sets that used to go for at least $100 or more each, and are now down to $40 and $70. I wonder if Australia will put out a couple of Box Sets(?) |

We almost restored MONEY FROM HOME in 3-D for Blu-ray release several years ago but the clueless owner of Olive Films pulled the plug at the 11th hour.
THREE RING CIRCUS has a song which the publisher wants an astronomical amount of money to clear for release so don’t look for that title anytime soon. |

I wish that someone would release the documentary series 'Martin & Lewis Their Golden Age of Comedy' on dvd or any format. I remember watching it on one of the cable channels back in the 90s. It is a great three part documentary about the duo form their formation to Lewis being on his own. Really needed. Here is what the vhs covers look like:

It's pretty easy...
Step 1: start with your list of films. I'm going to use a small list for an example. I'll do the Snarknado Series including the two crossover Lavalantula movies. Sharknado (July 11, 2013) Sharknado 2: The Second One (July 30, 2014) Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! (July 22, 2015) Lavalantula (July 25, 2015) Sharknado: The 4th Awakens (July 31, 2016) 2 Lava 2 Lantula (August 6, 2016) Sharknado 5: Global Swarming (August 6, 2017) The Last Sharknado: It's About Time (August 19, 2018) Step 2: Decide how many you want in a row - (Five is the most that will fit on one line.) I'm going to go 4 - 4 Sharknado (July 11, 2013) Sharknado 2: The Second One (July 30, 2014) Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! (July 22, 2015) Lavalantula (July 25, 2015) Sharknado: The 4th Awakens (July 31, 2016) 2 Lava 2 Lantula (August 6, 2016) Sharknado 5: Global Swarming (August 6, 2017) The Last Sharknado: It's About Time (August 19, 2018) Step 3: Look up each movie to find it's Blu-ray number. For any movie look at the address of the page - https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Sharknado-Blu-ray/75247/ 75247 is the Blu-ray Number, put that in (bd)752479(/bd) - change the ( & ) to [ & ]. Then put it in the list like this: Sharknado (July 11, 2013) Sharknado 2: The Second One (July 30, 2014) Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! (July 22, 2015) Lavalantula (July 25, 2015) (bd)75247(/bd)(bd)108344(/bd)(bd)136739(/bd)(dvd)111424(/dvd) Use [] instead of () - I'm just using () to show how to do it. This is what it looks like with [] instead of (): Sharknado (July 11, 2013) Sharknado 2: The Second One (July 30, 2014) Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! (July 22, 2015) Lavalantula (July 25, 2015) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Then just finish it out. Sharknado: The 4th Awakens (July 31, 2016) 2 Lava 2 Lantula (August 6, 2016) Sharknado 5: Global Swarming (August 6, 2017) The Last Sharknado: It's About Time (August 19, 2018) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you're listing DVDs just change the bd to dvd inside the brackets (dvd) (/dvd) you have to get the DVD number off the Movies DVD page because they are different. 75247 is Sharknado's Blu-ray number. 65936 is Sharknado's DVD number. If you put the DVD number in there with bd you get this ![]() If you put the Blu-ray number in there with dvd you get this ![]() If you are just doing Blu-rays you can highlight each Blu-ray Number and click on [BD] in the reply to thread buttons and it will automaticaly put the [] [/] brackets in. You have to do each one, one at a time. It's easier just to type the brackets in yourself as you put the numbers in To center the whole thing put (center) at the top and (/center) at the bottom. Using [ ] instead of ( ) |
