Default Blu exclusives or movies not yet released on Blu-ray

I know there have been a lot of previous posts about Sin City. With Paramounts decision to release exclusively on HD DVD Blu Ray needs to bring out major exclusive releases like Sin City to counter movies like Transformers. I thought Paramount was smart but I guess not they made more than $150 on the domestic gross of Top Gun and that was in 1986, albeit not much only $176 Million but still. E is for exclusive.

Major Titles not yet announced or out on Blu Ray

Sin City (They can not wait for the sequal to release this, the war got ugly time to bring out the cannons now!) E
Die Hard Quadrilogy E
Alien Quadrilogy E
Master and Commander E
Armageddon E
Crimson Tide E
Con Air E
The Incredibles E
Cars E
Lost E
The Rock E
Dare Devil ( I liked it) E
Monsters Ball i dont know if Monsters Ball is Exclusive
Requeim for a Dream (Hopefully the Unrated version) E
Simspsons Movie (Hell Simpons seasons) E
24 Seasons E
Fargo E
All the Bonds ( Soon don't wait for 22) E
Batman Begins
Men in Black E
Men in Black II E
Das Boot E
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon E
Good the Bad and the Ugly and the rest of the Man with no Name trilogy E
Bad Boys E
Bad Boys II E
Casablanca
High Fidelity E
The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938)
The Great Escape E
Lawrence of Arabia E
Bridge on the River Kwai E
Toy Story E
Platoon E
Sprited Away E
Princess Mononoke E
Matrix Trilogy
Star Wars movies Is there anyway of making this grin into a Joker grin E
Air Force One E
Family Guy Seasons E
Gone with the Wind E
X- Files Seasons and Movie
Napoleon Dynamite E ( I hated this movie with a passion, to each his/her own, it will sell like crazy on Blu Ray and that is all I am looking for movies that will sell huge)
Super Bad
X Men
X Men 2 United
Minority Report ( Minority Report could wind up being the most screwed up release on HD assuming that it get released before this war ends. Get this Minority report is released through Fox (BD exclusive right, hold on it has another studio attached to it Dreamworks which is HD DVD exclusive. So is it going to get released on both formats or just Blu Ray. Even if it is claimed by Dreamworks it will get release on Blu Ray. Thank You Mr. Spielberg.

There's at least 45 movies/ TV Shows that would sell BD players. That was counting the James Bond Films and all of the seasons in one lump for each respective franchise so if you count them seperatley it's almost 90! I know I am missing a lt but that is all I can think of at this moment

Blu Ray needs to score Warner Brothers excusive it would be huge! Come on I know we can do it now start courting them hardcore. If we scored Warner exclusive that would mean New Line ( most of you know where this is headed) LORD OF THE RINGS

This is not like school shout out what you would like

Lawernce of Arabia was said to come and don't forget Star Wars is as good as a studio shift, so that could really come into play,

I totally agree with your stance on 'Sin City.' They better not wait for the sequel; I can manage to wait for PiP capability though!

I'm tellin' you...Bond Movies alone can put HD DVD in a six foot deep hole, cover it with dirt and single handedly carve out the gravestone!!!!!!

Didn't Fox announce Master & Commander for Oct. 2?
Die Hard 1,2,3 sometime in Nov.
Live Free or Die Hard will be released with the DVD?

Sin City is a must. And the Alien Quad. would be awesome even if the 4th one was whack (still dont get how an amazing director can make a crappy Alien movie )

Actually, Die Hard movies (1-3 Nov 1), and Master and Commander (Oct. 2) are shown on 20th Century Foxs' website complete w/ release dates. See http://foxbd.com/ for details on these and other movies. Live free or Die Harder is stated to come out on blu-ray but there is no date or box shot on it. It is listed on the contact page when you click on the paper icon.

Blu Ray Studios should make a portion of there sites where people can recommend 5-10 movies they want released some one could tabulate them and they should start to think about releasing those. Not to say the studios are not releasing films I want but there are many that are not out that I would like to see.

I might be the only person on this forum to have my fingers crossed for LORDS OF DOGTOWN (fox) to someday be released on BLU RAY.

Sony should slap a sticker on the front of the PS3 box that lists Blu Ray exlusive studios and a few major movies for each studio.

wouldn't it be funny if Universal now decided to switch over to Blu-ray.

No its not, it reminded me alot of the DOORS which is yet another movie i would love to see on blu. Actually I was thinking that since the Tony Hawk series is out on Playstation 3 and it has been a pretty big franchise I would target the skaters that have a playstation 3 with a blu ray disc of Lords of Dogtown.

Good thinking Fox and Activision could team up on a release they could include a cupon that when you buy Tony Halk you get 5 or 10 dollars of the Lords of Dogtown.

"Minority Report" I was just talking about this movie the other day, I would love to see it again, obviously on blu-ray.
I'm not sure how good "Bad Boys" would do, but I would buy it; it has some good action and humor.
Matrix, a no brainer, man I want this on blu-ray so bad.

Quite a few good movies in that list, bring'em all on, and more!
