Disk Kino is going to release a limited edition of Roman Holiday later this year, it will be part of the WCL collection series (WCL #031). It
This set is coming November 22rd, complete cover art design is updated below.

Pretty much only one place to purchase and that’s at another forum. Very limited and sold out long ago. Keep an eye out at eBay...but probably will ask a small fortune.

I think I found out where too. Some items are listed as not being sold out but GBs are closed.
