When I phoned Warner about this, the woman who answered denied any knowledge of this, saying that ther'd been no complaints that she knew of. She didn't come across on the phone as being very bright, I got the feeling she didn't understand somehow.

They're unlikely to fix it now, so it looks like this or nothing.

£12 and change for 22 of the 24 films, and one that's less than ideal is still pretty good value.

The annoying thing with the sync issue is that it's not consistent. If it were then you could likely fix it with your player if you have sync settings.

They read from a script and if it's a problem that requires technical observations they refuse to believe any exist.

These sets are clearly selling, as they're releasing a complete Flintstones box set soon. Disgusting that they haven't bothered to fix an error as big as this.

I haven't seen anything regarding a standard Scooby-Doo Where Are You set.

Amazing — thanks for this! I wonder if it’ll be a special edition set like Scooby-Doo. I didn’t really want that set — but with no sign of a standard edition, I might just have to pull the trigger.

I sure hope it's not, at least with an international release - that should have standard packaging.
