Sydney Blu-ray player repair?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to get a Blu-ray player repaired in Sydney? I have an old Sony BDP-S370 player that has been working wonderfully for years until recently when the disc tray no longer wants to open up. I don't want to just chuck this player away as it plays multi-region DVDs.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've contacted them before and they said "The fee is $80.00 and if you proceed this cost is included. If we don't complete the repair its a non refundable fee." I wasn't sure if this was standard practice for repairs of this nature or a bit steep in terms of price, so just wanted to get some perspective.

From my experience, most places charge a similar fee to diagnose the problem first.

Yes it is standard. I need to getting a region free Blu Ray player fixed a year or so ago and that was their standard practice then.

It's normal, even down here in the leper colony, that's a normal upfront cost.
