I don't watch any of these shows, but I guess I'm not alone.

Cold Case, DollHouse and Chuck are some of my weekly shows that I look at.If and when they do decide to cancel DollHouse and Chuck I hope that they would respect the fans that the shows have and tie up the story lines and not just cancel it just like that...I don't mind shoe getting cancel but at least tie up the storyline and then sign off...

According to all my "friends" at CBS.com who post in the CSI forum it's unanimous this was the worst episode ever and not much love for Fishburne either. The writing and production values on this once great show have gone way down in the past few months since Peterson left.
I agree,I was looking forward to the 200th episode with all the hype around it and then ,nothing.

I really hoped Dollhouse would grow into that Whedon style that I loved about Buffy but it hasn't yet, and if it weren't for fine ass Dushku I wouldn't have watched past the pilot. I will continue to watch all of these till they end, but it's just a shame they will. I really love Chuck though and I cannot believe more people don't watch it, check out season one on Blu and you'll love it too!
Yeah there have been many shows that I've loved that have been axed. I tend to like a lot of offbeat/interesting stuff (Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls, and Pushing Daisies), but all of those were canned because they weren't formulaic enough to appeal to mass audiences. Every now and then one of those kinds of shows will gain enough traction to last a while (i.e. Buffy). As for the others, they were fun while they lasted though.

I'd like to see Terminator SCC comeback for one more season to wrap things up if next weeks season finale doesn't. I never thought the show could last more than 3 seasons. I don't think there's enough source material.

Dollhouse is ok. I hope the show is given a chance. Like Terminator SCC, I don't think this show could last more than 3 seasons. How many times can the dolls start remembering their past? Its already happened a few times.

I'm suprised Heroes isn't on the list. It has really fallen off since the first season IMO.

Castle is the first scripted show I have watched on ABC since the '80s!

Aw, it sucks to hear about Castle. Personally, I am loving the show. It is one of maybe like 3 shows that I actually look forward to watching each week. I hope it pulls through.

Dollhouse has been disappointing. We'll see what happens.

Josh Schwartz has said time and time again they are going all out for the finale as if they aren't coming back and he wants to make sure fans are satisfied!

Josh Schwartz, executive producer and co-creator of NBC's spy comedy/drama Chuck, told reporters that the upcoming second-season finale will change the game for the show in a way that will satisfy viewers whether the show is picked up for a third season or not.

"Let me figure out how to parse this answer," Schwartz said in a group interview at WonderCon in San Francisco on Sunday. "It will end in a way that's going to launch the show into season three with a real—it's a game-changer. I think that it'll be immensely satisfying in its own right, but it also really, really launches the show in a way that, you know, we're already breaking season three stories and can't wait to start telling them."

Schwartz maintains a positive attitude about a third-season pickup for the series, which has won critical praise but has seen lackluster ratings. "The network has been incredibly supportive of the show, and there's a lot of internal support for the show," Schwartz said. "Creatively, they're really happy with the show. They recognize the challenges of the time period we're in and all of the sort of hiatus impediments that have been thrown in our way. So I think, you know, on that level it's very positive. But, you know, we still have several more months to go, and ... it's very competitive, [up against ABC's] Dancing With the Stars this year. Will Jewel out-dance Denise Richards? I know that I can't wait. And Jewel's husband also, go with the soft shoe, he's in there. Yeah, yeah. So, um, so you know, I think we feel very, very optimistic, and we feel really, really good about the show creatively, and I think you know, everything that we can control, we feel very good about."

Is there a ratings number the show has to hit in the final episodes of the season? "If there is a threshold number, we have not heard it yet," Schwartz said, adding: "NBC's been very good about [renewing] the shows that they love based on creativity alone."

As for the show's season finale, Schwartz said: "This is our finale. This would be our finale whether we knew we were picked up, whether ... we were picked up for next year or five years. This is what we've been wanting to do for a while, and we've had this planned since the beginning of season one."

One positive sign for Chuck fans: Schwartz and co-creator and executive producer Chris Fedak will be pitching season-three stories to NBC this week. "They can't wait to hear what the new adventures of Chuck will be," Schwartz said. Chuck airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

SPOILER:

Hell I cannot wait for Scott Bakula to guest star this Monday as Chuck and Ellie's estranged dad!!!

Haha as soon as I saw he was starring in Castle I was like "That show's getting canceled" for some reason he isn't allowed to star on tv shows. I find it funny everytime he shows up on a tv series it ends; Buffy, Firefly, Drive and now potentially Castle....poor guy.

He's such a likeable guy... be it as a twisted uber priest, a captain, or a cocky author who thinks he can help solve real cases. Didn't care for Drive.

The problem is having a short season then releasing it to dvd is so damn profitable they don't care about having shows last a while.

Actually it was Quantum of Solace, not Casino Royale.

I have been enjoying Castle and Reaper and would hate to see them go, but I would really miss Chuck. Next to Burn Notice and 24, Chuck is probably my favorite current show (notice any theme going on there?)

You know when I first started watching it I gave up after like 2 episodes, but right before season 2 started they had all of season one which I think was only like 7 episodes OnDemand, and I was really surprised by how much I liked a show about cooking meth, considering I don't use any drugs whatsoever myself, lol. I have a thread about Breaking Bad so if you wanna learn more head on over here: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...light=breaking

Oh right right! Sorry I watched both the same day, I forgot.

I too have been enjoying Castle, only seen 2 episodes so far, but I love Reaper and Chuck is my favorite in danger show hands down.

Cable/satelite is to blame for the declining viewership & the main reasons tv networks are canceling shows. Hundreds of channels to choose from equals divide n' conquer.
