These will all have the comic styled artwork we have already seen before. Shazam and Birds of Prey will be the only steelbooks with artwork we haven't seen.

I guess we can expect to see the usual "disappointed" comments in every thread for this wave of illustrated art DC SteelBooks.

So what all are there again?

Man Of Steel
Batman v Superman
Wonder Woman
Justice League
Suicide Squad
Aquaman

and then new illustrated art for Shazam! and Birds Of Prey?

So 6 more to go?

I will only get BvS as this is the only one I’m missing in steel.

When will this go live, or was it already live and I just missed my chance to buy it?

I’ll get this, Man of Steel and then Suicide Squad and Justice League (if they do it) but after that I’m done. I’ll have all the DC films in steels then so I’ll be happy.

It does say on the very first post when’s it’s out...

It will be around that time, a week or two before maybe.

Edit - Man of Steel is live now 5 weeks before release, so this one will probably be next week.

I don’t see it happening. Best Buy already released steelbooks with the exact same artwork.

So the link in OP appears to be dead, and I haven’t seen any additional news, did this release get cancelled?

Its up for po on the us site. Its says ultimate edition but im a bit confused by the description since the movie runtime is listed at 151 which is the theatrical length. Is the 4k the unrated cut or not and if so why doesnt the description runtime jive with unrated run time.

I ordered it regardless cause I want the steelbook, but the listing is really ****ing confusing

Isn't the 4K only the Extended Cut? I don't think Theatrical is on 4K on Disc at least, the UHD I have is only Extended Cut.

WB has never done a theatrical 4K disc, only an extended one. They’re not going to press a brand new disc just for a Steelbook re-release.

Damn it, I missed this one and Man of Steel!

Can we expect these 4k steelbook releases from BB soon or should I just pull the trigger and buy those two pre-orders on ebay for $60 each?
