Was already out at my local Walmart (in Canada) Monday, didn't have a slipcover either.
Also there were stickers on the shrink wrap which makes me think there may not be slips for this release at all(in Canada, at least). |

Mine just came too, no slipcover from Amazon. I wonder if they're doing the same as Disney and no longer including slipcovers outside of major releases. Bloodshot was from Sony and didn't include a slipcover either.

No digital copy either. Sony really went cheap with this release. They could've at least stayed consitant with the digital. Really disappointed in that part. I can deal with the slip, but I have everything from Breaking Bad to Better Call Saul season 4 digitally and on blu ray. Might have to see if they release a complete collection including digital once season 6 finishes and get that, sell my BCS 1- 5 blu rays after.

Always a shame if the packaging of a series is changed halfway through. Happens all too often unfortunately. I do sometimes wonder what percentage of the current blu-ray audience cares about packaging compared to just the technical quality and ability to own a physical copy.

Also throwing in my disdain/surprise that this didn't have a digital copy when the previous 4 did. I'd be upset about the slipcover but for whatever reason season 4 from the local best buy didn't have it ether around release, so my set was already messed up last year on that front. But the digital copy, now I'd have to pay almost as much for the season again to complete the set on VUDU, and since I registered the previous ones instead of selling them.....I'm going to end up with an incomplete series on digital becuase of it. ![]() |

It seems like a lot of Hollywood blockbuster movies don’t have issues with filming during covid. It shouldn’t take them that long to film a season. This is turning into GOT season 8 where it toke them 2 years to film 8 episodes.

Plenty of blockbusters have had problems filming during covid, The Batman as one example. But regardless, even without Covid, this would be a late 2021 airing at best anyways. And like I said, this season is going to be longer as it's 13 episodes instead of the usual 10.
