Proof (1991) aka Der Beweis (10/25/2019) - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone own this disc? I am a huge fan of this movie. I see there was an older edition that was given a 2.5 by a user here. I became interested in whether there was a Blu-ray discovering that Amazon (possibly as recently as the last two weeks) added the film in HD here in the US, and it looks pretty good for a low-budget movie. Wondering if this the same transfer (apparently owned by FilmRise) that Prime has.

Well, to answer my own question, if it helps anyone else, this is the exact same disc as the other German edition, with the bonus feature The Final Countdown and some extras for that film.

I would probably rate this slightly higher than the other user, giving it a 3 rather than a 2.5 for PQ. US Amazon transfer seems basically the same, although compression might be hurting the German disc slightly.

Film4 will release the film on Blu-ray in the UK on 31st October alongside some short films.
