Cash On Demand is a top notch crime thriller.

I'd wager a dollar these will be the previous discs plus the new ones. I might bite for the right price, but the two double-features I have already are pretty unimpressive.

I have some of these on DVD. I never got any of MC's Hammer BDs, so this is an easy upgrade plus a bunch of new titles.

It's 90% likely the previous MC Blus will appear here unchanged, w/ any extras appearing only on the newly-authored discs. It's the Mill Creek way.

Indicator stated on several occasions that they waited for Sony to restore the film rather than release the dreadful image on the old transfer of The Revenge of Frankenstein.

I see, well that answers why Mill Creek didn't put it on theirs then, it didn't exist. Now to see whether they can get access to it, or even bother to try (I doubt they will).

After having bought all the Indicator boxes, I really only want

The Devil-Ship Pirates (1964)
Creatures the World Forgot (1971)

Wish they'd get an individual double feature release.

Yes that's absolutely correct! So why did Mill Creek rush to "to release the dreadful image on the old transfer" just to be the first label in the world to give TROF a blu-ray release? Bad choice, IMO. And as I have already said, if MC doesn't use the new restoration in their upcoming box set, it could be that Sony didn't license it them. They were emailed a question regarding new masters. (See below). AFAIK they haven't replied yet. That seems ominous.

Hey happydood, to you ever get a reply from Mill Creek?

True, we just do not know why Mill Creek went ahead with the old release of “The Revenge of Frankenstein.” Was it cheaper or did they just hurry it out and not care about quality?

All we really know is that Indicator waited for the restoration to be completed,
and that restoration is presently the only way I can watch and enjoy one of Hammer Films very best productions.

This is $66.51 at DeepDiscount. It mention it has additional shipping charges which is $2.99. I'm now trying to debate to see if it is cheaper elsewhere or to pull the trigger. I got a 10% off from Deep Discount for signing up to receive text message alerts from them. Pre-ordered the Laurel & Hardy set from them with no problems.

I suspected we'd see it for a lot less than retail, but that's really good news.

If they're including a commentary with RoF then it has to be a new disc.. just hope that means they included the new transfer too.

Hot dog, that's great news. I'll be thrilled if it's the newer Revenge transfer and at this point I'm willing to bet that it is. The other titles from the double-features all looked good to me. I'm glad I pre-ordered.

It's strange though, that in their details announcement, they didn't mention anything about new transfers or restorations.

Unfortunately, Devil-Ship Pirates is no longer in this set. Replaced by Sword of Sherwood Forest.

That's a huge bummer. Why couldn't they have at least replaced it with Men of Sherwood Forest which has yet to be released anywhere.

Tempted to cancel my order now even though I got it as part of Target's BTGO deal, so it really only came out to around $50. Devil-Ship Pirates was definitely one of the selling points since I have all the other titles already (other than Creatures the World Forgot and The Old Dark House).

Men Of Sherwood Forest is not a Columbia release all these titles are licensed from Columbia
