Anyone else no longer getting the 10% from Amazon?

I just went to order a few (more like 10) discs and Amazon is no longer deducting the 10% off of any of them.

Did this expire? I thought it was good through December 31, 2007.

When did you purchase your starting three? If I recall, it was for one year from your starting purchase. The last day to join was Dec. 31, 2006, and hence it completely ends Dec. 31, 2007.

It still comes up for me. Although they've gotten lazy lately getting some titles flagged. Buying ten should definitely come up for some of them.

Last year, when you made an order of three HD DVD or Blu-ray movies, you were enrolled in an automatic special extra 10% discount program.

I believe it expires one year after your first order.

My starting three were purchased in November 06, so it hasn't been a year.

I ordered the Spidey 3-pack two days ago and when the discount didn't apply I called into Amazon.com and talked to a CSR (who was completely clueless!) and basically argued with him until he applied the discount for me.

I wonder if he screwed up my account because now the discount does not apply to anything, not just brand new listed titles.

The movies I had in my most recent order were all in stock older releases.

Does anyone know the official name or code for this promotion? Something so when I call in tomorrow they don't say that they have no idea what I'm talking about...

Has anyone had problems with this before? How was it resolved?

Just an FYI. I called Amazon and talked with them at length. They have been updating the wesbite and are having problems with the 10%.

They said to wait 24 hoursa and try the orders again.
