Has anyone else ran into the problem with the movie cash on Blu-Rays where the movie theaters in your area are not on the list of theaters accepting the movie cash? I feel kind of ripped off by fox by them not including two very large multi-plex theaters in my area on the list. Of course they have the second run theater in town on the list, which of course won't get any of the movies until the stupid coupons are expired. On top of that they won't let you look up the theaters that you can use the tickets in until you've already registered the code, so any chance of giving the code to someone who can use it is out of the question.

Fast and Furious ticket worked fine for me, even though I did have to go online, fill out some information, and then print it. Look on the back of the ticket to see which theatre chains are accepting them. Surely some theatre is taking them in your area.

Most of them work, but not all of them. The Mummy cash worked and we planned on going, but never did (what a waste) as did the QoS.
It must just be this company as they are the same type as the Hancock movie cash last year. There's really no reason this company can't get the coupons accepted when the other ones work fine. Oh well, I'll just wait for the off chance that Wolverine gets to the second run theater within 4 months of release. |

Has anyone else had difficulties with the X-Men movie cash? I tried at approx 3:00am PST and got stuck in a loop where I could not get past the screen where the site asks for my name/email/address
Now when I go there 9:30 PST the site tells me to come back May 1...IT IS MAY 1!!! |

None of my local theater chains accept e-movie cash. There also the issue of the code being on the back of a sticker on the plastic wrap. I accidentally threw my Angels and Demons code away before I realized it. I wish they would go back to putting a coupon in the inside of the case instead of making you jump through hoops to get the free ticket.

I looked up my zip and found a list of about 12 theaters. However, when I actually entered the movie code, it only listed 3 theaters. |

Apparently the only way to claim the E-Movie Cash (for Angels and Demons) is via BD-Live or snail-mail, which really sucks for those without BD-Live capability (like me). I'm curious, though, how it works with BD-Live--has anyone done this? Do you enter the code and your e-mail address for them to send an electronic ticket to? Why do it this way instead of via a website (which is how I think it was done for the 'Quantum of Solace' e-tickets)? I know Sony probably wants to promote the BD-Live feature, but...... |
