I believe it has to do with disc region coding sometimes.

I realize that 4K is region free but before 4K I noticed that some Zavvi steelbooks that had Blu-ray discs that were region "B" weren't available on the US site.

yeah there was that too
although it wouldn't add anything for the home, it was just a P&S, edited for time, version of one of the two original theatrical releases (forget if it was based off of the 35mm or the digital theatrical release, each of which had a few differences from the other, most of all the wedding scene where his hand was gloved in one and metal skeleton in the other)

I want to sell my previous 4k steelbook of "Rise" but not at the expense of not receiving this new one.

Got my Rise of Skywalker steelbook in the mail today. My steelbook set is now complete, as far as I'm concerned. Decided not to get Rogue One or Solo. I can always watch those on Disney plus if I get the urge. This has been an expensive steelbook year for me.
