Always loved model railroad-layout exhibits! 3D is a perfect way to to preserve this kind of experience!!!

I think I am going to have to grab this one too. Description shows that it is only 32 minutes long. Kind of expensive, but I realize it is a limited edition and it includes 3 separate discs.

Even though my 3D viewing has had to sadly go down in the last few months (3D set now in the extra room versus the living room as it was time to upgrade to a full modern 4K set), I will always continue to buy 3D whenever available, and this is on different. Even if it's as short as the listed runtime and not a topic that I know anything about, I still want to support it, and I cannot wait to watch it! Pre-ordered!

I got my copy today! I will not get a chance to look at it until probably next weekend (sadly), but it's three discs, and I can't wait to check it out!

I want to know how they shot this....I'm hoping they mounted a camera on a train....

Just got my copy today. Popped in the native 3D disc and it won't play because of errors. Tried 2 different players. Wondering if others are having viewing issues, or did I just get a bad disc?

Not good. This worries me. I will be checking my copy out tomorrow night at some point, and I will report back with how mine goes.

Is it a BD-R or a pressed disc?

I’m having the same issue. No playback on the 3d disc on my Sony 800 or my little cheap Sony or old Panny. I haven’t tried my Panny 420 or 820 but they’re upstairs and I don’t feel like haggling. I also think it’s going to be the same sadly. The anaglyph works. I didn’t try the regular. The only reason I bought this was for proper 3D. I’m going to see if I can return this. Disappointed.

I really wish now that I wasn't at work and could check it. I'll be trying it out on my PS4 and if not then my PS3. If neither works, then I, too, will be getting a refund.

Keep us posted. Maybe tomorrow I’ll try my two other Pannys and my Xbox but I’m simply too tired and frustrated from fiddling with my other players to do it tonight.

Hmm. I preordered this right away after the very first post well before any replies to this thread and for some reason Amazon has my order listed as arriving Mar 22-23. I was bummed my order got passed over (first order in last out) but now if there is a problem with the 3D disc, I hope it gets fixed before mine gets sent. If by chance the 3D doesn't work out, I hope to someday see the layout in person as it is only a little over 2 hours away. I would really like to see this 3D Blu-ray though. I hope they get this fixed.

Just some FYI because I spent some time looking into this before I released my project, you can't use Blu ray logos on discs unless you're paying a license fee to the BDA or if its on BD-R.

From BDA: If you are planning to burn your material onto a BD-R or BD-RE disc only, then you do not qualify for any BD Licenses.

Therefore, you are not permitted to use the BD Logo on anything anywhere that is related to those products, except for the BD Logo that is already marked on the disc by the licensed manufacture company.

I use Blu-ray in non-logo text and I specifically use 3D Blu-ray as opposed to Blu-ray 3D and I don't use the official Blu-ray 3D logo.

As for the disc not working I just looked on Amazon and saw it was out of stock so maybe they're aware of it and making corrections.

I am the producer of the film. We are aware of the issues. It was caused in the manufacturing process. We are going to pull this version from sale and produce a fixed working version. Please check on Amazon within the next week or so for a version with a release date of February labeled as new revised version. Please ask Amazon for a refund of your current version.
