From Universal, a MOD. Will this play on a region 2 player? Not sure if other Universal MOD releases were region free?

I believe it's region free. But to anyone who has seen the movie: why does it so often appear to be sped up? Or is it my eyes playing tricks? At first I wondered whether motion smoothing had been turned on but I double checked that, and even ripped the film to my computer to check there, and, yep . . . was this a deliberate creative choice?!

All Universal MODs are pressed discs.
