L'Atelier d'Images just delayed this one, Pitch Black and The Quick And The Dead. No new release date was announced.

Thx. I ordered the bold one from fnac only yesterday and it switched to 31. December 2022 indeed today - just checked. Maybe they are looking for a new authoring house.

This is the first thread created in the forum about that release. Another member created a thread a few months later about it because he didn't see it. Moderators didn't merge it.

I don't think so, the month wasn't announced, but I think it will be early 2022.

If Criterion had released this in 4K with the same artwork (of course with the title in English), everyone would have said: "This is genius" and this thread would have had a lot of posts.

Some people found it bad (I did) but a few people were still happy about it...

EDIT: Is this one better than The Limey ? I didn't like The Limey at all.

One of my favourite movies but no way am I ordering sight unseen. These French labels have been consistently terrible. Plus this is shirley on Criterion's list of inevitable UHD upgrades.
