^^ I'm a big fan of the Anime and though I've heard of this LA, never put much effort into tracking it down.
I'll no doubt try to grab this.
Has anyone seen it and can comment on if it was a good adaptation?

It is on Netflix, if you're a subscriber. It's not that great, to be completely honest. But I'm just glad that I get to complete Kim Jee-woon's filmography on bluray and to the end, I'll be getting it.

I vaguely remember it having one cool set piece, and the rest being just pretty good. No desire to revisit so far.

I think the first half was great but it seemed to go gradually downhill.

Wish I had a desire to watch it again. It's his worst movie, I even like The Last Stand better. However, I might get it because I own all of his other movies that have been released so it'll feel incomplete without it. Very annoying mindset that is.

Sometimes it’s worth it though, especially when you’re browsing last years SK releases and everything is out of print and prices are ridiculous. I was gonna get Heart Blackened but I saw it had lukewarm reviews so didn’t bother. Now that I wouldn’t mind getting it, it’s way overpriced.

Yeah you just can't wait with these SK releases.

I forgot Han Hyo-joo was in this, I collect her movies so now I HAVE to get this. Maybe I'll get lucky and get a card signed by her..

I really liked Heart Blackened! Also, I think something’s up with Plain Archive’s website. Everything is sold out. That just can’t be the case. I do also remember seeing this particular film in stock not too long ago. If I were you, I’d wait. I’m sure once whatever is going on with their site is over, it might come back in stock.

Yeah, I noticed everything had gone out of stock. I think they did that just so they can get their shipping prices in order. I seem to remember Heart Blackened was out of stock before they did this however so I’m not sure it will return when they turn the store back on (with 30-80% higher shipping costs).

Ok. So I just went to buy this and a couple of other things at KimChi and the postage to Australia was $60US. I don’t think I will be getting a South Korean bluray for a very long time.

I've ordered a couple from DDDhouse and one was super quick and the other has been in holding for over three weeks. I don't mind though because the postage is reasonable.

I ended up getting Illang from yesasia. I mean $58AUD all up is less than the postage I was being asked to pay at KimChi.
