Always found Nicholas Refn's Only God Forgives to be a very well-shot film.

As god awful Michael Bay movies are, for better or worse, nobody shoots action like he does. Even the best action scenes don’t have a specific vision you can attribute to a certain director. With Bay, I can easily tell it was him who shot that scene.

It is. Although the very well-shot, terrible Refn film is actually The Neon Demon. Awful, stupid movie.

The Crow.

The film itself is a revenge by numbers plot with ham-fisted dialogue and it's edited like a music video, but the visual tone pretty much keeps it all together.

Jupiter Ascending is one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen.

But gosh darn if they didn't spend a fortune making that stuff in and around Jupiter look amazeballs.

Mortal Engines looks amazing (especially on 4K Blu) but the film is god awful
