I have a GIGANTIC collection of antique Star Wars toys ( a lot of stuff still MiB)

A GIGANTIC collection of basketball cards (Michael Jordan RK is the highlight of that collection )

A TON of Godzilla Toys (and all movies on VHS, most on DVD)

That's about it for right now... who knows what will happen next week though

Match Books - Used to be something that would grow quickly, but not so much anymore. I have one from the Copacabana in NY (think Goodfellas) as well as an NBC one with the Peacock on it. I store it in a see-through end table from Ikea and then others are in random hat boxes.

Pez - Again, I have slowed down...by choice.

Vinyl - Not a collection in the thousands but well into the hundreds.

Old Video Cameras - I won't buy anyone I see but I have about 8 8mm/16mm old video cameras that are now in my living room and will be showcased in my HT room.

Ticket Stubs - Only ones from events I go to but I probably have every concert I have been to as well as most sporting events including Game 6 of the '96 World Series and all 35 Blues Traveler shows I have been to. I still have my movie ticket from when I saw the Goonies.

Im a kid of the 80s so I had a huge Heman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle action figure collection. In the 90's I moved on to Xmen once the Animated Series hit TV.

They are all lost broken or thrown away now. Sometimes I think how cool it would be to go to this hobby shop I know of and buy them all brand new... Then I think about how much money it would cost me

xmen the animated series just came out on DVD for the 1st time ever so I HAD to pick it up! And TMNT is doing a 25 yr annaversery DVD set for the remaining episodes. They are making 4 DVDs each comes with 1 classic action figure. Pretty neat.

I collect shot glasses but have had them boxed up for about 5 years. I keep meaning to get them out and put them on display but I've been too lazy to get them out and clean each one. I used to collect Pez dispensers but I don't even know if I have them anymore and haven't bought any for years. I also used to collect cup sets, usually from McDonalds. I had all of the second Dream Team, Space Jam, and a cool Batman Forever glass set. Those are all gone by now though.

I think I'm going to start collecting these collection threads.

I have a collection of 22 arcade games, 3 pinball machines and a Skee-Ball machine. I've got roughly 45-50 PCB's of various games and lots of other assorted parts. I also collect the advertising flyers that were sent to the arcade owners.

I used to collect YGO cards and video games, I guess the only thing besides blu-ray I really collect now are TV shows on DVD.

The latter 2 are excellent places to buy used vinyl for almost next to nothing.
How do you store them?

I remember in the early 80s visiting a business partner when we were working on a piece of software, and he was house sitting for Terry Mosher (a.k.a. Aislin, the famous Montreal political cartoonist). That guy had shelves totally filled with vinyl, from floor to ceiling completely covering his living room and dining room walls.

Those were the days before CDs, of course.
