Thanks for all your wonderful comments - I've always wanted to build up my own home cinema and slowly have done this one up. The heart of it is the wonderful JVC-HD350 projector. It's an awesome machine that produces some of the blackest blacks I've ever seen from a projector for the price. I have not come across any over saturation that some people say come from the JVC - I have yet to have it professionally callibrated but cannot wait to do it!! How much better can it get????

The other driving force is the Yamaha Z7 a/v receiver - awesome unit producing brilliant HD decoding. Fantastic network features and just a beautiful, rich, warm sound which was very important to me - as much as I love watching movies, music is close to my heart also.

Looks good. My rating was simply based off your rating to my gallery. I figure, if you give my Paradigm system 5. Based on that, I'd put yours at about a 3 or 4.

Hi - I didn't really want to turn the room into a bat cave so I thought a bit of light would work, that and the fact the wife wanted the carpets in every room of the house to match - and it takes a brave man to argue with the finance manager
